New Report Release: Building a Quantum-Ready Workforce Through Experiential Learning

QED-C, with funding support from the U.S. National Science Foundation, has released a new report exploring how experiential learning can help close the gap between classroom education and the practical skills needed in the quantum industry. The report highlights key workforce challenges—like the shortage of technician-level training and barriers faced by learners—and offers actionable recommendations to build accessible, scalable, and job-aligned learning opportunities across the ecosystem.  Members can download the full report now.
